The Particulars: A piece of summertime for your mouth! A creamy pudding base is made from Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, Maple Syrup, Vanilla, and Chia Seeds, will be blended with wild blueberries and a touch of lemon. Graham Cracker Crumble crust & a dollop of Vanilla Cashew Cream will remind you of a slice of blueberry pie.

Layered Enchilada Casserole
The Particulars: This delicious casserole is layered like a lasagna and full of flavor, not to mention GF. Corn Tortillas will be layered with homemade Enchilada Sauce, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Beans, Mexican Corn, Taco "Meat", red onions, Cilantro, and Cheese. Bake when ready and enjoy! Fall Roasted Veggie Pasta Salad
The Particulars: Using Fall/Winter Veggies in a pasta salad can cure our longing for the Summer sun. Pasta will be tossed with Roasted Veggies such as Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, and Rutabaga. Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Cranberries, and Goat Cheese will add some sweet and punch of salt. A delicious Maple Lime Dijon dressing brings it all together. (vegetarian *nut free)

Tarragon Roasted Beet Salad
The Particulars: The Perfect Beet Salad...Beets will be roasted perfectly and tossed with Tarragon that will sit on a bed of Mixed Greens. Quinoa tossed with Parsley, Dried Fruit & Nut mix, Pickled Onions, and Goat Cheese. French Mustard Maple vinaigrette dressing will have you craving this beet salad. Loaded Balsamic Caprese Salad
The Particulars: This was a new salad a few weeks ago and I the feedback was amazing!! Mixed Greens will be topped with Mozzarella Pearls and Marinated Cherry tomatoes (Parsley, Basil, Lemon, S/P), Crispy Chickpeas, Cucumbers, Quinoa, thinly sliced Red Onion, and Homemade Basil Pesto Roasted Nuts. A delicious Balsamic Dressing on the side will put this Caprese over the edge.

Broccoli Crunch w/ Tamari Almonds
The Particulars: This Broccoli salad is a delicious mix full of crunch. Broccoli, Celery, Red Onions, Sunflower Seeds and Dried Fruit, get tossed in a dressing made of Vegan Mayo, Garlic, Maple Syrup, Whole Grain Mustard, & Apple Cider Vinegar. The Particulars: This salad is so full of flavor you won't need much else! This smashed chickpea salad takes Chickpeas, Dijon, Celery, Yellow Onion, Veganaise, Parsley, Salt & Pepper and smashes it up to the perfect texture. Roasted Lemon Hummus
The Particulars: Lemons are halved and roasted in the oven till they develop a caramelized sweetness.
